The online retailer has compiled its bestsellers in the third quarter of 2022 and broken them down by categories, brands and cities or the preferences of women, men and children. The network currently includes 525 companies with 1,416 branches. Here are the most popular shoes, strongest brands and top cities.

The most popular types of shoes

While, unsurprisingly, sandals were in the lead for women in summer – followed by booties, mules, lace-up shoes and pumps – men clearly preferred sports shoes, followed by lace-up shoes, sneakers, open-toe shoes and boots.

Among the children, girls preferred boots, followed by sports shoes and sneakers or low shoes and open-toed shoes, while boys predominantly opted for sports shoes, followed by boots, sneakers, low shoes and slippers.

The strongest shoe brands

In the women’s category, Gabor was able to score twice – in first place and in tenth place with Gabor Comfort. Tamaris, Birkenstock, Rieker and Paul Green complete the top five, while Austrian brand Ara, On, Lugina-branded Waldlaufer and Skechers are sixth through ninth, respectively.

Sports brands such as Nike and Adidas are in the lead for men, followed by On, Rieker, the Sulinger shoe brand Lloyd, Bugatti, Lowa, alpine, sports and outdoor specialist Meindl and the Danish brand Ecco.

As children’s shoe suppliers, Lowa, Superfit, Froddo, Adidas, Ricosta, Lurchi, Nike, Vado, Meindl and Lico each scored places one to ten.
